My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were lovely and clean, spacious enough for packing and unpacking, and had a comfortable bed. However, they felt a bit rundown. The service was very friendly and accommodating, with the staff going above and beyond to assist, despite some initial commotion with another guest. The location was convenient, close to beaches, shopping centers, and restaurants, but the intense traffic noise from Tamiami Trail is something to be aware of. I had a wonderful stay at Naples Garden Inn. The location was perfect, close to the beach and all the activities, but there was a bit of humidity that brought mold into the room. The service was very friendly and helpful, although there was a small issue with check-out. The dining experience was good, but I wished for more variety in the breakfast options.

The service at Naples Garden Inn is friendly, flexible, and helpful, which is a plus. However, there was an incident where they wouldn't release me to check out after the first night, despite booking in advance. I was assisted by a man named Frank who claims to be the manager.
